The "Unofficial Flevo Transcript"

Sings“End of the Beginning”. Good afternoon Flevo.
“Return of the singer” It’s the return of the singer, you can dance if you want to. Oh Flevo, do you know how to dance? Do you know how to feel the rhythm?

It’s good to be hear in Holland, the weather feels like South Beach Miami.

It’s called Existence, sings“Existence”…

This is about a girl called Angel with No Wings… she’s not the kind of girl you want to bring home to Mommy. Sings “Angel With No Wings”.

Somebody light a cigarette, put your lighters in the air. That’s it. “Anyone heard of Ella Fitzgerald” (does da dad a) “Dunkashane, darling, dunkanshane.”

“I wish I could swim, with the dolphins. Dolphins can swim. Nothing, nothing will keep us apart. We can beat them…. Forever and ever… we can be heroes.” Sings "We Can Be Heros."“I want to be the king of Holland and you… you’ll be my little queenie…”

“What do you say Flevo? You’re my heroes.”

“Uh.. I don’t know about you, but I’m going to live to die.”
“Lets dance, Let’s dance… you can dance if you want to. You can leave yourself if you want to.”

God made you to dance, made you to have rhythm. He likes it when you dance. David dance before the Lord and was not ashamed. In saying all of that, let’s break it down a bit. This is a song about being yourself and not giving in to the devices of culture. Sings “Be”.

This is a song about temptation, "Blind". Thank you very much. Sings “Blind”. Oh I’m really tired already, because I’m 35. I’m not in the shape I used to be. (I missed something here) You’ll be an old man or old woman before you know it. So grab a hold of the hand of someone you really want to grab a hold of until the Lord comes back for us. OH you know… you’ve gotta do the chicken dance.

There’s times in our lives where we don’t know what it’s all about. Why did You make me? Why did you make me? Why did He make you? And what’s it all about. Adam and Eve and Moses and Abraham, Samson and Delilah. Blill Clinton, Tony Blair. (something). Recites “I Went Over the Edge of the World.” Live on Van Gogh. Van Goth as he’s known to you. Now there was a Dutchman. He did works of art that made people cry in the National Gallery in London, England. And people didn’t even know who he was. Makes you wonder what Art is today. Francis Schaffer said, “Man is made to be beautiful, and experimental in love and in art. So grab hold of your dreams on the waistcoat of God and make your way through this planet.

This is a song by a friend of ours from Memphis, TN. Written by a poet named Leonard Coan, we dedicate this song to Jeff and his family and we sing it in all humility tonight. It’s a song about David. Do you guys know who David was? He was just a shepherd boy who killed lions and bears with his bear hands. Took down Hulk Hogan with nothing but iron will. He sang like the angels, but he was just like you and me, he messed up. That’s why we like him. It’s like Bono said he was the Elvis of the Bible. (Elvis impersonation). Sings “Hallelujah”.

This song is for all the lovers. “Sings “I Can’t Help”. Thank you very much… (More Elvis impersonation).

Crowd sings Happy Birthday. Thank you, I’m 35 and I’m happy. We only have two more songs I guess. So we’ll sing, “You are the One”. Torro! Torro! Sings “You”.

This one’s for you Flevo. (More Elvis!) Sings “Jesus Freak”. (audience helps out with rap parts).

Sings “Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me”. Gets the audience to clap, sings “We Will Rock You.” Sings “HMTMKMKM” again… “…if you’re alive and 35. Guess what Flevo, I’m 35 and alive!” “…Let’s go. Oh! Ohhh… oh…ahh… yes… God gave rock to you. Thank you.”

Audience chants something. “Yah, we’ve got some friends to come and join us with this song. Susan O’s (?). Sings “What if I Stumble”.
